I received one of those home association letters with a stamped time and photo violation . Yikes ! Went on Nextdoor and saw a company with great reviews. I received a quick reply and quote. Long story short. I'd put the phone number under Roosevelt in my contacts. It had pics of a prior job. OHe sent me that receipt from June 2019. Wow. Great, so organized. I didn't have a record of the year. Of course he was hired again. I received updates on when the crew was on the way and the job was complete. Our house is marvelous darling. It was excellent Pressure Wash Service I had a few days ago. Zach was right on time at 9.00 am and was so professional and so polite and easy to work with. He spent approx. 2.30 hours thoroughly cleaned 2 front dormers above my garage and chimney . Also, he cleaned driveway, rear patio, walkways and side walks as well as the 2 sidings. All the work were carried out based on the order ; however, Zach went beyond his job description as he cleaned my front yard patio free off charges ! I was so impressed he did this for me. The wood trim on our house was being replaced and painted and we realized we needed someone to come out as soon as possible to clean our dirty brick home prior to painting. Power pressure wash did an excellent job washing my home, driveway pool deck and windows. I had mold on my windows and siding and it is all gone. It looks like a new home. Everyone was pleasant and so nice to deal with, I will use them again for sure.
