We have been searching for a specialist to power wash our house for months. We got free estimates anywhere between $120-$900!!! One provider claimed he did not have a ladder when he came out to the house.…Just about to give up when we found Lee Roosevelt. Coordination with him and scheduling the appointments were so easy! He was very flexible, professional and offered a reasonable price. It was a big job—he cleaned our sidewalks, curbs, and driveway (we’re on a corner lot, so it’s a lot of sidewalks). He also power washed our patio, outdoor kitchen fixtures, fire pit/bench and a brick planter that had algae. Zach even got up on a ladder to treat some rust spots on our stones, and they pretty much disappeared. He spent a lot of time making sure everything was done perfectly, going over areas more than once until it looked right. After he finished, everything looked almost new again. The final straw was when we noticed green mold on the side of our house. After looking for power washing reviews online, I saw the one for Power Pressure Wash. The reviews were uniformly great, so I gave Roosevelt Lee a call. He came to my house and noted the scope of the work and gave me an estimate. He and his crew came at the appointed time, and finished the job ahead of time. Many payment options were offered. At all times, Roosevelt was in communication with me.
