Roosevelt was so easy to work with. Our back patio, driveway, and sidewalks were in need of a good power wash. I called Roosevelt after finding his company on Yelp and he was able to work us in very quickly since it was a smaller job. His employee was timely, respectful, and did a great job! We’re very happy with the results and thought the price was reasonable for the work performed. Hope this keeps for a while but wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again if needed! See more See less

I had not completed the moving of patio furniture so when he arrived he helped me finish clearing all the patios and did a fantastic job of power washing. When I called I needed my front porch area done that day due to my work schedule. (I knew it was last minute) I called two other companies to get a quote and it would be a week. The 3rd call I made was Power Pressure Wash and I’m so happy I did! Communication with this company is amazing versus others. When they were running a tad behind due to a job before he let me know! THIS IS NOT THE COMPANY I USED! I NEVER USED A1 Pressure Washing. I want to know how my review got here. My review was for a company called Roosevelt Lee's Power Pressure Wash, not A1. I'm sure they must be okay, but it is not the company I wrote the review for. Please remove this review from here now! Special thanks to Roosevelt Lee’s Power Pressure Wash team, Elijah and Melvin. Not only was it the best power washing I’ve ever had done, but it was also the most reasonably priced. My house looks brand new, from the gutters to the porches, sidewalks, driveway, pool and fire pit area, doors and windows - it all looks fantastic! It’s amazing what this hard working, courteous, friendly and skilled team can do. I recommend them highly. I’ll definitely hire them again when needed. See more See less

My driveway looked new when he was done. My house is fairly new but grime and weathered storms can make certain place look dim but after the pressure washing it made my home look model ready again😁 See more See less

PPW is very professional and did exactly what they said they would do. Great quality of work and the price was reasonable. See more See less

Five stars are well deserved! They were on time, began work and did not stop until finished. I have a large home with very tall windows which had not been cleaned in yrs. They power washed all stucco, the windows, Porches, pool patio, waterfall and front driveway all the way to the curb. They polished the windows until they sparkled! Over the yrs we have hired several companys to clean Our home however Power Pressure Wash is by far the best we have experienced. I am recommending them to residents in our neighborhood. I must add not only were they professional but their attention to details like washing and replacing the outdoor furniture and cushions Back into place exceeded our expectations. Will call again and not hesitate to recommend. See more See less

We have been searching for a specialist to power wash our house for months. We got free estimates anywhere between $120-$900!!! One provider claimed he did not have a ladder when he came out to the house.…Just about to give up when we found Lee Roosevelt. Coordination with him and scheduling the appointments were so easy! He was very flexible, professional and offered a reasonable price. He did an excellent job cleaning our house so we asked him to come back to clean the driveway, and already scheduled next year’s visit! See more See less

My house was recently power washed and I am very pleased with their work. From start to end they were professional, responsive and thorough. Pricing was fair, but what made me go with them was the imoressive plan of action they sent me via email for my entire property. They included photos and descriptions of places I didn’t even know needed attention. I haven’t stopped recommending them to everyone I know and will call them soon to finish the initial plan. Thank you guys!! See more See less

It was excellent Pressure Wash Service I had a few days ago. Zach was right on time at 9.00 am and was so professional and so polite and easy to work with. He spent approx. 2.30 hours thoroughly cleaned 2 front dormers above my garage and chimney . Also, he cleaned driveway, rear patio, walkways and side walks as well as the 2 sidings. All the work were carried out based on the order ; however, Zach went beyond his job description as he cleaned my front yard patio free off charges ! I was so impressed he did this for me. I do appreciate his kindness and worked in a professional manner and did not bother to rush to get the job done. This was my fist time experience with Power Pressure Wash , but definitely I will definitely use them again in the future. Very pleased with the outstanding customer service we received today from Power Pressure Wash. Technician Melvin arrived on time and got right to work. Melvin surveyed the area to be treated and assembled the tools needed for the job. I appreciated the time he took to wrap and protect our ring door bell camera from any water intrusion. He then skillfully removed wasp nests, spiders and webs, mud daubers and accumulated dirt and dust. Upon completion, Melvin cleaned up the area and left the property cleaner than he found it. I highly recommend Power Pressure Wash to anyone requiring professional, safe and thorough cleaning of their property. We will call them back the next time their services are required. Thanks for a job well done! See more See less

I was looking for a company to power wash my home and clean the windows. I did my research and took a chance on Power Pressure Wash. The quote was a great value. I called several other companies and one company quoted me a price that was almost twice as much. Zack did a great job on my entire house and sidewalk. He arrived on time and was professional. He actually worked on the July 4th holiday. It started raining while he was working. He put on a rain coat and kept working. Once the job was complete he asked if I'd had an opportunity to review all the areas because he wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the work. Great job! See more See less

Very professional and reasonable and the quality of work is top notch!!! Highly recommend 5 stars service!!!! See more See less

Mr Lee & his team are always professional and do a great job taking care of all of our locations on a quarterly basis and also when we have needed something extra. From a business side everything is automated and sent via emails/texts and it makes life a lot easier. Highly recommend! See more See less

10/10 will definitely recommend. My house hardly gets any sun out back. I had algae all along the backside of my house. I had black growth of sorts along my patio posts. I wouldn’t go out on my back patio bc of the bugs and I would get creeped out. When the young man was finished, my house looked like a brand new house. I am now enjoying my back patio in my chair reading a good book in this beautiful Texas springlike weather.❤️❤️❤️ Thank you so much Mr Roosevelt and crew for giving me the opportunity to enjoy my home again.🤌🏾🙏🏾❤️ See you guys again in 12-18months. See more See less

I was elated to have gotten a last minute appointment in time for an event that was happening the very next day. It did not take very long but the job was well done as my driveway was a lot lighter along with the sidewalk squares in front of my home. The porch was done and even the brick extension fillers that were connected to my porch. It all was free from all the mold build up. Pay.options were convenient and prices very reasonable. I would not only use them again but refer this business to others needing this pressure washing service. See more See less

Outstanding professional work by Power Pressure Wash! The first day was the cleaning of the driveway, patio, and sidewalks. Zach made it all look brand new; unbelievable. On the second day, Roosevelt applied a beauty enhancement finish to the patio space. It transformed the mundane matte finish to a slightly glossy look that simply elevates the aesthetic to another level. Overall, excellent communication, timeliness, fair price, and thorough work. I also really appreciated the before and after photos they included. As soon as the opportunity arises, I'm looking forward to having the Power Pressure Wash team come out to the house again to address the walls, roof and other areas. Thanks Roosevelt & Zach! It always feels a bit risky working with any sort of home contractor that you’ve never dealt with before – but this is a company you don’t have to worry about. This was our first time using Power Pressure Wash, and we 100% will be using them again. Their rates are reasonable, their service is excellent and all of the people we’ve encountered who work for the company have been super friendly and professional. They very very quickly came to give us a quote and scheduled our service within 48 hours of me giving them the go ahead. We have an older home and they took very good care not to damage any of the older paint or architectural finishes. I cannot recommend them highly enough as a pressure washing company. Larger Awning was actually BLACk from old roof and gutters. The smaller ones were green and algae filled. It didn’t not take long at all and I am PLEASANTLY PLEASED with my cleaning. I just knew the price was going to go up and they would nickel and dime me to get it cleaned. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. THE PRICE I WAS QUOTED IS WHAT I PAID. I. HIGHLY recommend and will be using this company for future awning cleanings. See more See less

Mr. R.J. Lee was prompt in responding to my phone call. Technician Melvin came to do the work. Melvin was very thorough and took excellent care of power washing our home. Power Pressure Wash was spot on in meeting our needs. Ready to schedule another appointment for next year. 😃 See more See less

Wonderful experience! I spoke with Ray and he was able to do a same day estimate and get us a next day appointment as we were in a time crunch for a real estate appraisal. Roosevelt did the work the following day and did an excellent job on both the house and the driveway, patio and sidewalks - my family was very pleased and all commented on how great it looked. Ray and Roosevelt were both friendly and professional. The work was excellent and done at a very fair price. I would not hesitate to recommend them or call them again. 5 stars! Thanks, Pete M. Roosevelt from Power Pressure Wash has responded promptly when I called and Zach did an excellent job power washing my house in detail the next day during his busy schedules. Roosevelt is a nice and kind person listening for what I requested and got it done professionally. I really appreciate that. Thank you Roosevelt and Zach so much!!! See more See less

Very professional company. Gave me a bid immediately over the phone. They were punctual and texted me along the way. They did a great job, and followed up when finished to make sure I was satisfied. See more See less

We had Power Pressure Wash come out, and Zach was our tech. He was very nice, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. It was a big job—he cleaned our sidewalks, curbs, and driveway (we’re on a corner lot, so it’s a lot of sidewalks). He also power washed our patio, outdoor kitchen fixtures, fire pit/bench and a brick planter that had algae. Zach even got up on a ladder to treat some rust spots on our stones, and they pretty much disappeared. He spent a lot of time making sure everything was done perfectly, going over areas more than once until it looked right. After he finished, everything looked almost new again. We’re very happy with the results and would definitely recommend Power Pressure Wash! See more See less

Very professional, good communication, solid work and fair pricing. I will be using their services again. My only complaint is that they did not have a ladder for the 2nd floor windows - used a squeegee and spray but for one of the windows partially blocked by the porch covering this meant it couldn't get cleaned as well. Also- make sure you take your screens off beforehand! See more See less

Roosevelt did a great job at my daughter's house. I highly recommend them. See more See less

Zach did an amazing job to our home, patio, driveway, and sidewalk. Unfortunately our brand new home (built in 2024) had a lot of clay stains on the white bricks. Zach was very diligent in doing the best he could do to get our home as close to new as possible. He even re-walked around our home doing spot treatments for any areas that need more attention. Overall we are very happy with the outcome of their services and hate we waited so long to have Power Pressure Wash come out and power wash our home! See more See less

We are very satisfied with your cleaning and your prompt responses to all our questions. See more See less

I had Power Pressure Wash out last Friday, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! They did an excellent job cleaning my roof, gutters, downspouts, porch, driveway, sidewalks, and curb — everything looks spotless and like new. Zach was the technician who handled the job, and he did an outstanding job from start to finish. He was professional, punctual, and extremely thorough. He took his time to make sure every area was cleaned properly, and it really shows. His attention to detail was outstanding, and he was careful and respectful around my home and landscaping. If you're looking for a reliable and top-quality pressure washing service, I highly recommend Power Pressure Wash. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future! And if you can, ask for Zach. He clearly takes pride in his work. He’s top-notch! GB See more See less

The proposal process was at no charge. That included a second visit to not miss any of our needs. We needed both the Pressure Wash service for the Driveway and the Detailed Detergent Softwash service for the Chimney Exterior and other Brick Walls Beyond our needs, Power Pressure Wash offered a few extras, adjacent to the work area, at no charge. All service was done professionally, in a timely way, at a fair price and with great care to do damage outside of the project area. See more See less

Our stucco home was marred by algae and had been unsightly to us for a while. We hadn’t received a notification from our HOA so it was wasn’t that bad but it was bad enough for us to grimace. I reviewed several companies but went with Power Pressure Wash because of its reviews and services. I am quite happy we did for the reasons below. 1) Their technician, Melvin, was quite diligent and professional. He removed the wasp nests and mud houses - without disturbing the bird nest that’s home to some ?swallows. 2) He not only cleaned out the stucco WITHOUT damaging. 3) Rather than hiring multiple companies to clean the windows, house, and driveway, this company (Melvin) did it all. I knew the driveway was included but when he cleaned the exterior windows we were pleasantly surprised!!!!! 4) Melvin was not only careful, he was diligent. If you’re looking for a company to power wash your house - esp stucco, we highly recommend this company! See more See less
