Larger Awning was actually BLACk from old roof and gutters. The smaller ones were green and algae filled. It didn’t not take long at all and I am PLEASANTLY PLEASED with my cleaning. he came out on time, doing power washing thoroughly around exterior of the house. the equipment was very powerful even bee nest on the roof edge get clean out, also done a very good job on the roof chimney total about 2 and half hours work. he even go extra miles to clean my brick area which not included in the estimation. overall i pass the HOA inspection and looks new.

My wife wanted the house patios power washed 2 days before Thanksgiving. I called this company on short notice during mid afternoon hours and they fitted me in 2 hours later. We have been searching for a specialist to power wash our house for months. We got free estimates anywhere between $120-$900!!! One provider claimed he did not have a ladder when he came out to the house.…Just about to give up when we found Lee Roosevelt. Coordination with him and scheduling the appointments were so easy! He was very flexible, professional and offered a reasonable price. He did an excellent job cleaning our house so we asked him to come back to clean the driveway, and already scheduled next year’s visit!

My only complaint is that they did not have a ladder for the 2nd floor windows - used a squeegee and spray but for one of the windows partially blocked by the porch covering this meant it couldn't get cleaned as well. Also- make sure you take your screens off beforehand!
